Need an Official Record?
Use the record type to choose the Shannon County or Missouri office:
- Court case files: review criminal court case records or call the Shannon County Circuit Clerk at 573-226-3315 ext. 2
- Criminal history and repository responses: use the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Division and MACHS
- Arrest, booking, and local custody records: call the Shannon County Sheriff at 573-226-3117 ext. 8
- Fingerprint self-review: register through MACHS and schedule IDEMIA or IdentoGO capture
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: file in the Missouri court where the person was charged or found guilty
The sheriff publishes mail to Shannon County Sheriff, P.O. Box 880, Eminence, MO 65466, and sheriffhogan@shannoncounty.gov. The county does not publish a verified jail street entrance or unified counter hours, so call before traveling. Court requests go to the Shannon County Circuit Clerk, 18529 Main Street, P.O.
